Day 1: Zelda Guest Farm: BE WILD CAMP with the Bushmen
Depart from Windhoek to Gobabis in the east where you will stop for refreshments. Arrive at the ranch for lunch. After lunch, you will be met by the Bushmen (San People) and walk through the bush with Bushmen trackers to the BE WILD camp. The route leads through the bush and the Bushman tracker will teach the participants a lot about animals and plants and their use thereof.
The duration of the walk depends on the guests. Guests will be in the camp before sunset. Guests will settle in their own little huts, freshen up with a shower and all meet again at the campfire for a sundowner. The Bushmen will prepare the dinner, and serve the guests, and after dinner guests can sit around the fire, experiencing some traditional Bushmen dances and afterward just simply listen to the old Bushmen stories. You will hear the sounds of Jackal and other wildlife during the night in the bush.
Day 2: Harnas Wildlife Foundation
Depart after breakfast via Gobabis to Harnas Wildlife Foundation Ranch. Arrive by noon. Harnas Wildlife Foundation is an entity established originally for the protection of animals, It grew to include welfare projects and nature conservation as a whole, as well as boasting quality and comfortable accommodation and hospitality services to support this claim. At Harnas you will see a huge variety of animals.
Most impressive are the Lion family and you can walk with the lions with a qualified guide. Interact with the animals and spend your afternoon attending feeding sessions and hearing interesting stories about the conservation of wildlife in Namibia in general, but also at Harnas. This is a special place with a special atmosphere and you will love to spend the afternoon and night out there. Comfortable luxury chalets will be your accommodation with an excellent menu for meals.
Day 3: Windhoek
Depart after a late breakfast and a nature drive on the ranch to Windhoek
