Kavango:
Kavango Region, one of the thirteen regions of Namibia, is located in the north eastern part of Namibia and shares common boarders with neighbouring Angola & Botswana. The perennial Okavango River on its northern boarder provides many different resources for residents such as water & food, construction and craft materials.
Kavango Region has two towns namely Rundu (capital of Kavango Region) and Nkurenkuru and two settlements Divundu and Ndiyona.
The major tourist attractive areas are definitely the game parks such as the Khaudum Game Park, Mahango Game Reserve, the Sikerete Game parks all which inhabits a large variety of wildlife and bird species. Other attractions are the Popa Falls.
